- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI-powered analysis services
- Process your resume against job descriptions to generate match scores

3. Data Storage and Security
We take data security seriously:
- Resume text is stored securely in Firebase Firestore
- We do NOT store resume files, only extracted text
- All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Firebase: For authentication and data storage
- Dodo Payments: For payment processing (when payments are enabled)
- Anthropic Claude AI: For resume analysis and match scoring
These services have their own privacy policies and handle data according to their terms.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days.
