• Pro Plan: Unlimited analyses at $9.99/month
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JobMatchAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your resume data solely for the purpose of providing analysis services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Job match scores are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

JobMatchAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
